"This property is situated in the main area of Kona. Easy walk to waterfront restaurants and shops. The bar/restaurant opens at 6:30 am and stays open throughout the day and night. Great views of the ocean!"

"We stayed for 7 days and it was wonderful. Had coffe every morning on the ocean front lanai and saw sunset every night. Large bathrooms and beds for both rooms assigned parking spot big kitchen. Could not have asked for more"

"The accommodations were wonderful. The space is in the process of being renovated; however, the few cosmetic issues being addressed did not take away from the experience. The bedrooms, as well as upstairs living, dining and full kitchen exceeded our expectations. Everything was well stocked with linens, towels, cooking items and even things like a rice pot, blender, and small cooler. We would definitely recommend this property. There is a short walk from the parking structure and I would note that there are stairs that might pose a challenge for older guest with walking limitations. That being said, very roomy and great for families."
