"We had an amazing time on our trip. The cottage is clean and stocked with everyday kitchen items like pans, plates, coffee mugs, coffee pot etc. Dish soap is provided. We were thrilled to see a washer and dryer! The beds were comfortable as well. There is a full sized refrigerator to stock with food you can pick up from Costco in Kona. I loved the landscaping and enjoyed looking up all the flowers. We were able to drive less than 10 minutes to watch the sunrise every morning at the Black Sand...

"Very quiet location the host was very flexible and responsive. There is no kitchen but bbq has a burner on the side. And the yurt came with all the pots and pans you would need. The yurt it self if very spacious the sky light offers great star gazing from your bed and nice natural light in the day. It is not to far of a drive from amazing attraction like black sand beach and volcano national park. I especially loved the dogs and the cats roaming the property. Wonderful glamping 10/10"

"Nice, cozy place. Kitchen looks well stocked for those who want to cook. Bed was comfortable. Be aware you are at elevation so it is cooler. We would have rated this five stars but the electric fireplace wasn't working so it was a little cool and everything was damp. They did provide a small area heater which helped some. "

"This is a beautiful property and very peaceful and calming. We had excellent communication with the manager who really helped us by arranging a washing machine when a prior renter had broken the machine at this cottage. Also, we forgot a ring that has much sentimental value (it got mixed up in the bedding while we were packing to leave). The housekeeper turned it in and the manager contacted us immediately to coordinate it's return. We were already on our way to another part of the island but...

"When we booked at Kuleana Ranch, little did we realize that in addition to the compact cottage, we would get the huge property around the cottage for ourselves.
