"There was no working tv no wifi. Did not have hot water. Drain leaked. Sheets has hairs on them. There wasn’t a mini refrigerator or microwave for late night after concert to have . The Stewarts closed early. "

"Clean, beautiful rooms, and incredibly hospitable staff, a convenient snack and drink bar in the lobby. You can’t ask for much more when passing through a small town like Albany. Great views from the room, comfy beds. You won’t be disappointed."

"For starters I don’t smoke and everything was fine until in the middle of the night I smelt cigarette smoke then thought nothing of it. Later find out that I was charged the deposit fee because they thought I was smoking and when I called to challenge the charge I kept on being told the manager was not in. It’s been over a week since I left my information to receive a call back and never received one. "

"Conveniently located in the downtown area. Nice continental breakfast. Access to Yono’s restaurant- recommend. Very clean and roomy king size suite - the shower is a bit tricky and the hot water is HOT!"

"Great hotel and price for an overnight stay. We didn’t arrive until just before midnight, and left early the next morning, but the room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the price couldn’t be beat. It’s also located next to 2 coffee/breakfast spots, a small grocery store and’s a gas station which was quite convenient. "

Great Stay Lots of Perks

"We arrived at 6:15 and we were pleasantly surprised a reception Happy Hour for guests went to 7 pm with 2 drinks each and snacks. In the morning the breakfast buffet and made to order omlettes went until 10 am and check out was at noon. It is nice they extend their hours for guests wirh varying schedules. The entire staff was super nice and friendly. The rooms and beds very comfortable. There is also a salon and spa attached which is an independently run, but it made it convienent for a hair appt. It was a great experience and value. "
