"The staff was very rude from the front desk girl that checked us all in to the bar staff who were very rude to us when we came back from the game as we were promised food til midnight by the woman who booked off our group of rooms at 1030 we were told no to food. Ended up doordashing some crappy pizza. Went to ask for a refill of my water and the guy rolled his eyes at me (after I had already bought a drink I just wanted more water) the woman at breakfast wasn't very pleasnt either. The morning...

"I really liked the place only down fall was Room service would skip my room4days out of the week and trash would build up i was in town for training and on my weekends i would like to rest and not be bothered they had the who week to take care of the room "

"Bathroom has an "old" feel and was not as clean as I would like upon arrival. Other than that the room was comfortable and had everything I needed. Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. Elevator had broken down so we had to walk a ways with my elderly mother which was a bummer."

"I gotta say that i stay there quite a bit and always request a corner high floor. this time they put me on a low floor in the middle. not too happy but when i went back down to the desk they put me in a corner yes, but not a high floor. oh well. "
