"The hotel staff member, by the name of Anja was rude to me at check-out when I wanted to settle my bill. I simply asked her to check if my room rate was settled or not, as I was not sure if I had paid for the room rate before arrival or not. The bill amount that she quoted was the restaurant bill from the previous night - which I knew we had charged to the room. "Lovely clean and fresh rooms. Needs some maintenance in bathroom. But overall great place and service. "

"Rooms were not clean and dusty. The second day, we left the room in the morning and came back late afternoon and the cleaning was don’t done. We phoned them and they told us that they didn’t have the second key to go clean. The indoor pool was smelly and not clean and they didn’t have any towels. The chech in wasn’t only at 4 pmand check out at 10. Coming from far with 2 kids I ask a earlier check in that they accept. They did instead the check in at 2pm."

"This is a great place to stay in Langebaan. It is slightly out of the town centre but that makes it a peaceful and relaxed, but you will probably want a car to get around. All of the team were lovely as was the room. Great value for money in my opinion. Highly recommend."

The old house has history and the room with the bay window was very comfortable, but the place is deserted and feels much like a sleepy Australian outback hotel when you have to shout hello to get someone's attention, and the pub is not manned and not open. "The view from Terraces is kovely as its sea/marina facing. We had an unfortunate incident of a burst geyser but the duty manager Zayn moved us quickly to a nicer room and we received a complimentary jacuzzi voucher and late check-out. "
