"Front desk staff were fantastic- welcoming and helpful providing early access to the room. The hotel is less than 10 years old, the room was very clean, comfortable and offered great amenities.. The bed, linens and pillows in particular, were very comfortable . The location is fantastic- in a very safe area with access to many restaurants, shops, areas of interest and within easy walking distance of both the Robben Island ferry as well as the cruise terminal. Would definitely stay here again."

"We stay here everytime when we are in Cape Town. Convenient and affordable. Swimming pool is too small though. They are upgrading the gym facility, which is good. Good value for money."

"Amazing and very helpful staff at concierge and at breakfast. The breakfast buffet was substantial, plus a bonus ordered meal with your included breakfast option. Friendly and safe hotel, with a great bar, pool and gym area as well. Easy to walk to the V&A Waterfront and close to most tourist destinations. Would highly recommend. "

"Had a night stop over in j'berg and the hotel was perfect. It was quiet and the food was delicious. The only down fall was the pool that needed to be heated and away from the restaurant. "
