"The accomodation was pretty ok. The dorm looked well and the beds were nice. However, one guest that is apperently staying longterm, ruined my complete night. Clearly under influence he touched me while I was sleeping. He was very loud in his sleep and caused me nightmares. Apparently he had been staying there for a long time what I think is unacceptable. "Not the usual accommodations for me but given my last minute decision to travel to Cape Town and it being high season what more could I ask for. The property was clean and the staff was excellent. "Clean apartment rooms with excellent room service every day when needed. Friendly staff who are very helpful. The hotel is in an area downtown that is walkable to most places and about a 15-20 min walk to the waterfront. It was right next to the conference centre. There is free parking for hotel guests as well which was very handy as we rented a car for our trip."

Radisson Hotel and Convention Centre OR Tambo Airport

"I stayed at the Marriott down the road the first day in tow... Thank God I came here. The catalyst for this entire hotel is on the culture that has been cultivated among staff and is seen lavishing a sense of excellence and joy in servant hood over every patron. I love that all the staff were smiling And were very kind, cordial, and accommodating. I will definitely stay here again!"

Protea Hotel by Marriott O.R. Tambo Airport

5/5 Excellent

"The hotel was up to the Marriott standards and had a free shuttle service to the airport. This allowed me to check in then return to the airport to meet other travelers that arrived a a different time or to catch the train into Johannesburg. It was also very nice to have a restaurant and bar on location to enjoy a glass of wonderful South African wine."
