They want to charge R280 for the same adapter for around R50 in the U.S. And most hotels don’t demand that you buy the adapter, either. They charge a trip for $10.0 US that Uber charged around $7.00 US. In addition, one needs a reservation in advance."

"We stayed for 9 nights for a working holiday. This is one of the best hotels we have stayed in, in any part of the world. From the minute we stepped foot into the hotel the service was outstanding. The place is immaculate and the amenities phenomenal. We ate at the hotel several times and the food was excellent. The area is safe and has lots of lovely restaurants nearby. One of the highlights was sitting at Harvey’s Bar watching the sun go down with other guests and local capetonians."
