"The Westin Cape Town is located centrally to the convention and business district. It is about a mile (20 min) walk to the V&A waterfront. The hotel staff from check in, bellmen and housekeeping are outstanding. They are friendly and extremely helpful. We stayed in the Westin Club suite which was roomy and comfortable. The Westin Club was outstanding offering a wonderful breakfast, including cooked eggs and other breakfast foods, and delicious and creative appetizers in the evening. There are...

"Clean, convenient, felt safe, walk to VA Waterfront. Fabulous breakfast buffet! Reasonable rates, comfortable room. Staff nice but a bit scattered and disorganized. They seemed overwhelmed at times. "

"I paid for Superior Apartment and was checked into a standard apartment which was very discouraging till I managed to realized I was in the wrong apartment, then I screamed at the management. That was very heart breaking after paying so much. "
