The property is in a very popular area, lots of night life, if you are early to bed, we recommend requesting a room away from the front of the hotel, which can be noisy. "This property is good for staying near the V and A waterfront without paying top price. The decor is a bit old and tired but we had everything we needed. Some of the window blinds were broken and wouldn't close so sleeping in the third bed in the living area meant I wasn't able to block out the light. All in all a pleasant stay."
