"GREAT condo, GREAT infinity pool, roomy and well appointmed and the sunsets every evening beyond description. Only nasty is the crazy road up to the property...but this IS Costa Rica, so kind of comes with the territory. I would recommend a 4 wheel drive if you're doing your own driving in this part of the world...driving is ALWAYS an adventure!"

"We loved our stay here. For our families needs and wants this place was perfect. My son (11) loved the pool and being right off the beach was perfect. We were in the ocean every day. The second bathroom was great to have. The deck was wonderful and we were out there whenever we weren't at the beach or pool. "

"This is a breathtaking property inside and out. The unit was beautiful and had everything we needed and more. This building is in the perfect location, just outside of the hustle and bustle of Tamarindo, but close enough to walk in to all the restaurants and shops if you want to. There is direct access to the beach in either direction for miles and the heated pool was a nice touch at the end of every day. An amazing property!"

"Overall great property. Our second stay at this unit. Great location, great property. Curtains need attention. Last year also noted. Not on track and had to use chip clips to close completely. Ceiling fan on main porch still not working. Last year had bird nest which has been removed, still unable to turn on. Bedroom with twins did not cool properly. Did not request repairs for these issues as not that big of a problem. Dishwasher leaked, mgmt. did send someone, but was not able to repair. Would...

"Wi--Fi was great. AC was good, although the AC in the bedroom did leak onto the floor. About half the time we could park in the lot, the rest of the time had to park on the street, though that was not a problem. Plenty of beach towels. Kitchen had everything we needed. Pool just outside front door was always clean and refreshing."
