"We had an ocean view room, and the hotel photos don't lie. It was beautiful. The pools were clean and delightful, breakfast was delicious and had loads of options. Loved the lagoon pool because even with lots of people in the water, it still didn't feel crowded. And the proximity to the beach just can't be beat."

Staff was quick to assist us via WhatsApp in late check in information, willing to stay and meet us when we arrived, and even changed our dates (per our request) without penalty when our flights were delayed by 24 hours. "This is a great property and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff is super helpful with special call out to Diego who helped us find surfing lessons in Tamarindo on our last day at the last minute! We loved our stay here. I highly recommend it. I would say just a smidge pricey for not including breakfast...but all in all, no complaints!"
