"The Bougainvillea condos were safely located on the Reserva Conchal resort where we enjoyed many resort amenities, such as the beach club, Neenda restaurant, and Playa Conchal beach. The condo was clean and well-maintained with air conditioning (very important) and laundry facilities in the condo (much appreciated). The internal shuttle to the beach club was easy to call for and very efficient. Bring money in small bills (dollars ok) as you'll want to be giving some cash tips for the services....

"This was our second trip to Sol y Mar because our first trip was a dream. The property is special. We did get caught up in the weather debacle that involved two weeks of vertical rain contributing to the Liberia airport closure, and stranding us in CR for another week. The bright spot in the entire trip was our comfort at Sol y Mar. Grethel was helpful staying in contact with us while we were there. She checked in regularly and was a lifeline. "

"This condo was absolutely perfect, as was the great service that we received. Spotless, and in great condition, the location of this Mango Condo could not have been better. We were just a few minutes (approximately 3 minutes walk) to the beach and also so close to cafés, pubs & restaurants. The owners were always so quick to address any questions before and during our stay. Due to the fact that the owners lives in the building, they were there very quickly if we needed anything. "Our accommodations were ideal. The staff were helpful and the security was comforting. Two ample sized bedrooms with two bathrooms. Perfect for two couples! The kitchen was well stocked with any appliance you could want. Three pools for relaxing and it was a short walk to the beach. Loved swimming, snorkeling and kayaking or just taking a stroll. The sunsets were gorgeous! Father Rooster restaurant quickly became a favorite. I highly recommend staying here! "

"Pacifico is very nice development with pools and attractive landscaping in Playa del Coco. Condo needs new bed linens. We stayed for 30 days dryer worked for maybe 7. Property mgr Dean did what he could, getting contractors in to repair washer and dryer several times. Paid for laundry by lb at nearby laundromat but they refused to use bleach for linens. Arrived floor had not been mopped. Dean brought us a mop as we insisted doing it ourselves.Otherwise we enjoyed our stay ."

"This is a beautifully situated and well-cared for property. A spectacular view of Brasilito Bay and a spacious and well decorated interior, complete with covered and secure parking, make this a fantastic place to spend a vacation. Attention to detail is obvious and even the knives in the knife block are actually sharp. Added bonus: There's a pull-up bar in the doorway to the utility room. Enjoying the meals and views from the big balcony, including spectacular sunsets, makes it truly a pleasure...

"Had a few issues, but Jeff (owner) was responsive, understanding and helped us out from afar.Pros:- Construction nearly complete. No distractions. 2nd pool is open (I swam laps nearly every day)- On-site staff very friendly and hard-working keeping the grounds beautiful and well-maintained.- Quiet, especially at night and early morning. "This was a great place right on a small beach just for the condos. There was a ton to do close by and it was right by the marina. The owner puts you in contact with someone that can book whatever you want to do. The owner gives recommendations for the trip. I would definitely recommend this plane. "

Our host made sure we had everything we needed, including cooking utensils, beach towels, cooler, beach chairs, etc. The beach chairs we used both at the pool and at the beach. "This is a wonderful property to stay at while visiting Tamarindo. It’s a block from the main strip and the beach. It’s set back away from the road so quiet at night. The owner and her staff are very attentive and inquire if one’s needs are being met daily. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Tamarindo."

"We had the 2 room poolside apartment, it was very nice and clean. The included breakfast in the morning was amazing, probably the best included breakfast of anywhere I have ever stayed. The hotel is right outside from the supermarket which was awesome and super close to the center of Tamarindo. 10/10, we will be back!"

The Westin Reserva Conchal, an All-Inclusive Golf Resort & Spa

"I loved this resort! 1. The food was great for resort food 2. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. 3. We always felt safe even at night 4. The resort was full of monkeys, iguanas, macaws, birds 5. Lots of entertainment for kids The only downside was the beach. Don’t go here For the beach. It’s pretty and the view is great but the locals bug you to get massages as soon as you step foot on the sand and the current is strong I would go back and recommend this place every time. "

"Lovely facility and grounds. Staff is friendly and extremely helpful. Two pool areas; one just off the hotel lobby and one down by the beach. Bars and food service provided at both pools. Beautiful beach area with chairs and umbrellas available. Located on gated secure grounds. Lap of luxury! "

"We stayed for four nights and had a very enjoyable time. We swam every day in the pool, which was very clean and we enjoyed dinner in the restaurant and a beautifully prepared breakfast every day. The staff were all fluent in English and were very helpful. The rooms are small but comfortable and we had everything we needed. There was live music several nights when we were there it was very entertaining and professional. It is a very short walk to the most beautiful beach and sunsets. I would highly recommend this place and would love to come back."
