"Nice and clean hotel in a very good neighborhood. Spacious rooms, good breakfast. Alphaville is a nice, clean and safe town. My only challenge was getting timely response to questions before arrival. Check-in ends at midnight but my flight arrives in the morning. I just could not get them hold my room so that I can check-in the morning. Other than that it is a great hotel, friendly staff. Overall, I would recommend. "

"Stayed 5 nights on a business trip. Positives;Really helpful front desk staff, well-located in the financial district. Had a deluxe room, it was big but pretty standard in terms of decor Negatives: helipad on top on the small swimming pool terrace, lots of aircraft noise,clunky AC system going off and on every 5 mins and making a noise when it does"

"Everything was really good, i would like to say thank you for both guys that checked me in at the hotel (unfortunately i couldn’t get their both names) they’re very friendly and welcoming! The snacks and drinks available in the room is very convenient please keep that! Breakfast and lunch was awesome, delicious also very good and clean environment! I would definitely recommend and would stay there again. "
