"The bed was comfortable. The shower had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash mounted to the wall so they were very convenient to use. (No fumbling with tiny plastic bottles.) The subway stop is also very close. There are a lot of restaurants nearby. All of the staff that I met were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again."

"I stayed at the Fairmont Copley twice in the past month and fell in love with it. It's a beautiful and stately, but not stuffy, hotel. Quietly elegant, yet the staff could not be more skilled, friendly, and helpful. The rooms are ample, comfortable, quiet and well appointed. I was meeting a friend, and told our Valet Parking Attendant that she'd be joining me later, he greeted her as if she was expected and welcomed her. When I later told him how impressed I was with everything and everyone, his reaction was "We love to hear that." Not just "I love to hear that." This is the sign of a real team spirit and a class act. The food is terrific. And it's pet friendly. Love the 'house dog,' Cory. I will be back, and I highly recommend you give it a try.
