"The property is beautiful, clean and spacious. Julio the owner it's great, he made sure we had everything we needed at arrival and during our stay. He event left some milk, juice and beer for our arrival. Great location just a few minutes walk from the cathedral."

" This listing was a fantastic place to stay while visiting Mallorca. Centrally located, it provided easy access to everything on the island. The beds were comfortable, and the property grounds were beautiful. My only recommendation would be to provide more fans, as there was no AC and only one fan, which was a bit challenging with the 90-degree weather. Overall, thank you for the lovely accommodation!"

"The main house and the flat outside which we occupied were both spacious and comfortable. The cactus gardens were absolutely beautifully maintained and the e swimming pool is huge. The water was very cold however so we didn’t use it much. The games area was great for the kids. The owner was very kind and helpful overall. "Seemed like the host/owner were unfamiliar with the reservation process and lacked enough English for this transaction. Despite reserved months in advance, they arrange for tree trimming services with a loud chainsaw for two consecutive days during my stay. Demanded extra cash for cleaning beyond what is agreed upon when booking."

"Villa Patricia was lovely - spacious enough for six adults, clean, nicely furnished and well-equipped, set peacefully among pine trees and other villas. It is a few minutes drive to local amenities. Michael was a friendly and efficient host. We would like to go back and would definitely recommend Villa Patricia as a holiday base in the south west of Mallorca."

"We had a lovely time at this villa, very clean and modern property with beautiful outside space. Faultless experience! Only thing to mention is that Cala Pi itself seems to be struggling this year with many bars and restaurants closed in peak August summer holiday season . Obviously this is no fault of the owners and the one restaurant open was very good (Sa Terrassa) but it was a shame there weren’t more options available in walking distance. Thanks for a great holiday! "

"The overall location of the village in the mountains where this house is located is amazing. The house is very close to the village centre in a nice place. The house suited us well as a family of 5. The AC unit was on the third (top) level of the house but it did manage to cool the rest of the house to a level that we found comfortable when the internal doors were left open. "The house, while not very modern, has everything you need and the garden area is really nice, we enjoyed our breakfasts outside. Be mindful that you will need insect repellent though!!! "Casa Miranda is a wonderful house with incredible views of Valdemossa and the surrounding mountains. The house is rustic and has what you need for a comfortable stay. I would give it 5 stars except that it needs a deep clean and some maintenance. The kitchen drawers and refrigerator were dirty; there is mold on the bathroom tiles; grimy light switches; and some appliances and electrical outlets do not work. There is a lot of opened dry food, spices, oils etc. left by previous occupants filling...
