"We had a lovely stay. The location was perfect and only a short walk to shops, restaurants and a supermarket. The property had everything we needed - good kitchen supplies etc. I really enjoyed the pool (although it was freezing!) and outside area. It's a quiet area and you barely hear any neighbours. The bed linen and pillows could do with an update though, particularly given the price point of the property."

"Good communication Only 20 minutes from the airport. Easy to find. Can walk to Shiva beats and a small supermarket. Car is necessary. And enjoyed a beautiful sunset every evening. "

"Some tweaks to improve the score -include 1.Telephone entry system needs repair-door bell not working so later guests only let in my mobile alert and 1st guest going down to let them in. 2. Additional set of keys for 3 individual guests would have been helpful. 3. Bath mats & tea towel or clean dish washing cloth or wipes would be helpful for keeping kitchen clean. "

"The property is beautiful, clean and spacious. Julio the owner it's great, he made sure we had everything we needed at arrival and during our stay. He event left some milk, juice and beer for our arrival. Great location just a few minutes walk from the cathedral."

"The main house and the flat outside which we occupied were both spacious and comfortable. The cactus gardens were absolutely beautifully maintained and the e swimming pool is huge. "Very centrally located and walkable to restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. Lovely family and the place was well-stocked with extra items kindly provided for our stay by Maria and her daughter. "We had a family vacation to Mallorca and this property was as advertised. Great location in a quiet neighborhood but a close drive to everywhere. Our family enjoyed the pool and the outside area had everything we needed grill, outside kitchen and bathroom so we did not need to keep running upstairs for things. Recommend this property 5 stars."

"Villa Patricia was lovely - spacious enough for six adults, clean, nicely furnished and well-equipped, set peacefully among pine trees and other villas. It is a few minutes drive to local amenities.
