"It's not the Hilton, but we loved the this 4-story quirky but cool rowhouse apartment in central Soller. It is well-maintained, clean, and updated (the glass staircase is so neat, lets light in to lower levels). It was perfect for our family, clean, walking distance to everything in this adorable town."

"We had a very relaxing stay at Gisela's little guest house. The accommodation is larger than you would believe from the photographs and the little plunge pool is just perfect for sitting in with a glass or two. Gisela was very welcoming despite our lateness due to a delayed flight, kindly changed our towels during our stay when we requested.The drive up to the house is a real challenge the first few times but it certainly shouldnt discourage you if you are a confident driver from staying here....

"Great location, property with character and charm and some quirks! Very comfortable bedroom, upstairs lounge and outside terrace. Need to be aware of the 35 steps from top to bottom if you forget to bring anything with you from the kitchen or bathroom! BBQ not there when we arrived but after contacting Homerti a new one was delivered to us the next day. Excellent customer service."

"Two couples. Plenty of room. Very comfortable and well stocked. Far enough away from Palma to avoid the crowds, but close enough to go in for sightseeing or dinner."

"Property was excellent!!! Perfect indoor and outdoor space for everyone to enjoy. Comfortable beds and kitchen with everything you need to prepare a lovely meal if you like. Many close restaurants near by and everything is walkable. No AC, which was tough the first day and night sleeping, but fans were provided, and weather was much cooler for the rest of our stay. You cannot beat this place, it’s wonderful!"

" This listing was a fantastic place to stay while visiting Mallorca. Centrally located, it provided easy access to everything on the island. The beds were comfortable, and the property grounds were beautiful. My only recommendation would be to provide more fans, as there was no AC and only one fan, which was a bit challenging with the 90-degree weather. Overall, thank you for the lovely accommodation!"

"We loved the pool amd the gorgeous grounds. Xisco was very available and responsive. The location was a lovely oasis at the end of each day, and everything on the island is driving distance."

"Good communication Only 20 minutes from the airport. Easy to find. Can walk to Shiva beats and a small supermarket. Car is necessary. And enjoyed a beautiful sunset every evening. "

"Some tweaks to improve the score -include 1.Telephone entry system needs repair-door bell not working so later guests only let in my mobile alert and 1st guest going down to let them in. 2. Additional set of keys for 3 individual guests would have been helpful. 3. Bath mats & tea towel or clean dish washing cloth or wipes would be helpful for keeping kitchen clean. "

"This property would have been stunning 10 or 20 years ago, but sadly is falling into a state of disrepair, whch made it a difficult place to be in October. The garden is very overgrown, obscuring the view of the ocean almost entirely along the terrace. One of the main problems is a giant fig tree in the nextdoor garden, which blocks all the light. "We booked the delux apartment with seaview and it was beautiful views. Had a bit of trouble with some ants appearing, and when it rained there was some water coming into the living area,but the cleaners and handyman fixed everything really quick. The jakuzzi was great too. The food was ok too. Really liked the childrens disco and entertainment after dinner. Overall we had a great few days. "

"Fantastic apartments nice and spacious. Very clean. Staff fantastic and friendly, really went out there way to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Entertainment were fantastic with my little one. "
