"Spacious house, everything you could need for a two week stay with two young babies there (including cribs / high chairs / kids cutlery / all cooking utensils / blender for making purées etc). We love Deia with a walk to the beach from town and short drive to Soller and Port Soller. Courtyard was perfect for our toddler to run around without too many hazards. "Very centrally located and walkable to restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. Lovely family and the place was well-stocked with extra items kindly provided for our stay by Maria and her daughter. No parking at the stay but we were directed to free parking about 8-10 minutes away. The place can get warm during the day but the fans were all we needed at night."

"The property is beautiful, clean and spacious. Julio the owner it's great, he made sure we had everything we needed at arrival and during our stay. He event left some milk, juice and beer for our arrival. Great location just a few minutes walk from the cathedral."

"The property has a great location and the views of port Sóller are amazing. Close walking distance to the restaurants and beach. At night the sky is so dark you can see many stars. The WiFi is great. There’s laundry too. Outdoor tables are lovely for enjoying meals, sunset, working. There’s no ac, I asked the host if we should be concerned about the heat. She said no it’s off the beach and it’s cool. The property is very hot for August. There’s little breeze, the fans you can’t turn up...

" This listing was a fantastic place to stay while visiting Mallorca. Centrally located, it provided easy access to everything on the island. The beds were comfortable, and the property grounds were beautiful. My only recommendation would be to provide more fans, as there was no AC and only one fan, which was a bit challenging with the 90-degree weather. Overall, thank you for the lovely accommodation!"

"The main house and the flat outside which we occupied were both spacious and comfortable. The cactus gardens were absolutely beautifully maintained and the e swimming pool is huge. The water was very cold however so we didn’t use it much. The games area was great for the kids. The owner was very kind and helpful overall. The farm is located just outside Santa Maria del Camí and we loved our visit to the winery Macia Batle which is walking distance. The town also has a lovely market on...

Despite reserved months in advance, they arrange for tree trimming services with a loud chainsaw for two consecutive days during my stay. Demanded extra cash for cleaning beyond what is agreed upon when booking."

La maison est sympathique, la cour encore plus mais il y a certaines modifications à faire dans l'annonce : - PAS DE PARKING il faut se garer dans la rue et cela peut être très longtemps.. (45 min) - 1 salle de bain et 2 WC (Pas de 2 salle de bains) De plus la salle de bain à besoin d'être bien mieu nettoyer... En particulier la baignoire et le tapis de douche. "Villa Patricia was lovely - spacious enough for six adults, clean, nicely furnished and well-equipped, set peacefully among pine trees and other villas. It is a few minutes drive to local amenities. Michael was a friendly and efficient host. We would like to go back and would definitely recommend Villa Patricia as a holiday base in the south west of Mallorca."

"Very nice home lovely pool and well equipped the only thing I would say is the beds could be better slightly creaky and could maybe be upgraded mattresses but beautifully clean and very nice furnishings located close to everything you need and near to station allowing easy travel to palma and other villages and towns nice little shops and restaurants had. a very pleasant stay "

"Lovely hotel in central Palma near to bus & train station. Easy walk to cathedral, shopping & restaurants. Room retains the old charm & features of original building with modern bathroom & amenities. Excellent wifi, comfortable bed & great shower/ bathroom. Front desk staff were super friendly, especially Matheus, who couldn’t do enough to help! Fantastic stay, many thanks!"
