"Another good stay at the Dalgair, will be great when all the rooms have been renovated as our room was still to be done. Will be back I a sure soon as Callander is a great place and the Dalgair is a good dog friendly base to use. We had some drinks in the back bar and also a really nice meal in Greg’s Bistro - if your in town look them up"

"I went at the end of season but car park with the hostel was available and easy access. Room was en-suite which I wasn't expecting for a hostel but made the stay so much easier and hospitable. a large group staying there at same time but no noise from them, made an enjoyable stay"

"Had.a lovely stay Audrey and Mark were lovely so welcoming. Our room was lovely and clean nice comfy bed. We had our little dog Maudie with us there was treats for her at breakfast. The only regret was we didn’t have dinner there we went to Callander and the road was so dark next time we will have dinner there"

"We loved Highland Guest House. It's in a perfect location in a great little tow. Our hosts were wonderful, friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful, the breakfast was fantastic, and another guest lounge had supplies of tea, coffee and fruit available during the day. We found many wonderful walks in the area, great meals in the nearby pub and lots of interesting shops in town. This guest house was also the best value accommodation we found on our holiday in the UK."

"Friendly, helpful and attentive hosts. Food wonderful. Paid extra for dinner which was well worth it. Room comfortable. Parking can be an issue but public parking available nearby. Will definitely visit again, particularly for the food!! Many thanks."
