"What a great place to stay. We travelled with 2 adults and our 17 & 15 year old kids and everyone loved it, and were sad when it was tying to go. The only thing I would change is we stayed in the Monteverde house and the trees about the main suite hit the roof all night when it was windy, but not a big deal at all! Highly recommend!!"

"Very well run operation by Yami and her family. They treated us like family. I recommend you opt in for the delicious breakfast each morning. Also visit the restaurant close by also run by the family for great food located in a beautiful setting. 15 minute drive to Santa Elena is a good trade off for the peace and quite and authentic Costa Rica experience of this place. "

"We absolutely loved our stay at this home. The location was perfect- it is far, yet close enough, to the hustle and bustle of La Fortuna. The neighborhood was quiet and homey. Plenty of restaurants and markets within walking distance, so many days we didn’t even leave! We absolutely loved the pool. It was so refreshing and we spent HOURS in it a day. We loved just walking around the neighborhood petting dogs, cats, feeding horses, catching fireflies and talking to locals. We were so sad to leave...

It was also very clean which is a big plus for our family. This property was truly everything we wanted and more. We are already planning for a future trip next year. "

"Just rent this house now and don't look elsewhere! Amazing view from the property. We saw a toucan, monkeys, coatis, agoutis, and other birds right from the porch. Close to everything in town and attractions. We had great communication with Daniela the host, and she arranged great guided tours for us. A truly incredible propety."

"Nice home with an excellent view of the volcano. Only a couple minutes to town, but the feel of seclusion. Met the owner while checking in and he shared any and all information you may need about the home. "

"What an incredible home with Beautiful decor, incredible comfort and stunning views. Oscar is absolutely fantastic, always responsive and truly outstanding and extremely accommodating. This villa has everything! And the beds are super comfortable. The views are incredible and the home is close to town but you do need a car. We loved our stay here and would totally come back. Thank you for a wonderful stay!! "

"This is a simple and beautiful place where we enjoyed spending a lot of our time at the property. The nature trail, the hummingbirds, the views, the other wildlife and the peace made each day a wonder.In the yard we saw 9 different species of hummingbirds, coatis, white-faced monkeys and other birds and butterflies. We especially liked having Lillian's food waiting for us each day so we didn't have to figure out where to eat! She prepared olla de carne, veggies, tortillas, guac, the best pico...

"We loved our stay in the dome. The view was absolutely breathtaking and the dome was immaculate! We enjoyed hanging out in the hot tub, watching the the sunset while clouds rolled in and layered on one another and then rolled back out. The property was easy to find, easy to access and located just outside of town. We were 5 minutes from the Sky Tram into the cloud forest. All in all, a fabulous stay!"

"The property and house itself was amazing! Very well kept and maintained and had a beautiful outdoor relaxing and swimming area that is all yours! I highly recommend stopping beforehand (main areas/cities) to get food if you are not wanting to drive all of the time as the restaurant options within walking distanceare limited. Overall a great location for any type of trip if you are looking for the sights not the beach!"

"It is very unique house.Beautifully build by local builders who used local wood.It is spacious well equipped .Ken and his Family were very helpful during our short stay.If we visit this area again we would like to stay there again."

"What an amazing property and community. Beyond relaxing, breathtaking views, and Bev (seems to be the Mayor of the Vistas ) is just fantastic. We didn’t get in until very late, beyond our projected time, and she still ensured our check-in was smooth and seamless. She can provide great recommendations too, if anything is needed. Such a wonderful find!! Thank you Bev and the community that seems like family."
