We felt the resort could have put more effort in maintaining that the doors to the room closed without gaps that allow bugs to get in so easily. "Great hotel for a great price. One of the few hotels I’ve stayed in where the pictures do not do it justice, the view from our mountain suite was amazing. The room was clean, spacious, and secure. The room doesn’t have A/C which threw us off at first but this is typical for the area as the cool mountain wind was more than enough for a comfortable stay with the windows cracked. "Warm welcome by the owners Lelo, Juana, Beatriz and Natalia who were very nice, kind, helpful and professional. Our cabin was clean, lovely, spacious with a balcony overlooking the mountains. The lush gardens were fantastic. They offer laundry service at $5/kg, assigned free parking, pool with mineral spring water, strong WiFi, delicious breakfast from 7-9am and dinner at 6pm. The dirt road from the highway to the lodge was rather lengthy. Great job and thanks. Highly recommended!"

"We stayed in Glass House #1. The scenery was absolutely incredible. Perched high on a hilltop, whether its day, night, or even raining, you won't be disappointed with the view. The unit came complete with a full kitchen and cookware. There is a hot rub on the balcony that is completely secluded...perfect for nighttime star gazing.
