"Beautiful place"

"We had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this VRBO to others. We did have an issue with the garburator which turned out to be a pretty disgusting mess. None of us own one and thought we were doing the right thing putting potatoe peelings down it. As it turned out, it totally plugged it and brown disgusting water drained all over the floor. The property mgr was contacted and sent a plumber over right away which resolved the issue. I would highly recommend posting a sign...

"The condo was very clean and well decorated. Kitchen is well supplied with dishes and untensils. There were plenty of towels and sheets. The location is excellent within 5 to 10 minutes to shopping downtown and many restaurants. The development is gated and very well manicured. Property manager was excellent. Respinded to questions and needs very quickly. This would be an execellent choice for a Palm Springs stay."

"Bram was a great host. Timely communication and checked in through the stay to see everything was to your satisfaction. It is a very well equipped condo and close to the parking lot for those heavy shopping days. lol Easy walk to downtown restaurants and across the street from the casino. I definitely enjoyed my stay at Bram's condo."

"Just back from a two-month stay in PS. My sister and our husbands enjoyed everything about our very comfortable 2-bedroom condo which was fully equipped with everything we needed and more. The large patio was private, most beautiful pool area with lots of loungers, very quiet property. We totally enjoyed the sun, fragrant flowers, fruit trees, walks, and hikes. Hosts were delightful and very helpful. Fantastic time in every way. Will be back."

"We enjoyed our stay in this condo during Modernism Week in Palm Springs. It was very clean and was centrally located which made getting to events easy. We had excellent communications with the host and checking in was very straightforward. Everything worked well and we had no problems. The only thing I would mention is it's on the 3rd floor. There's an elevator to the 2nd floor of the building. You have to walk up 10+ steps to get to the front door."

"Liked the unit and close to the pool and hot tub. Did not like having to carry our lounge chairs to and from the pool each day. No umbrellas for shade was a negative. Water temp and clean of the the pool and hot tub were great. Liked the pool guy. Were almost out of TP called our POC and was delivered right away. Having Vonn's, Target and Trader Joes close by was nice The key marked gate did not open any gates.."
