Location is great for all of the sights you come to Venice for, though you do have to go a little further out to find good restaurants. Daily cleaning and mini-bar stocking was great. "OK I want to leave a fair review. First of all you have to follow all the provided instruction or you are not getting in. When you enter in the ground floor it's a bit scary but don't be alarmed. You will have to go to the 3rd fl there is no elevator with bags this may be a challenge for some. Staff is nice and helpful. Once you get to the 3rd fl where the rooms are things look good. Buildings are hundreds of years old so keep this in mind. Rooms are clean and decent. Negatives are, limited...

"Our stay was pretty quick. We spent two nights here at the beginning of a three week trip. The room is MUCH smaller than it looks in the photos. There was barely room for two suit cases and ourselves. We booked a water taxi for the end of our trip to take us to the airport who sent the pick-up information to the hotel directly. The hotel claimed they never received any information. Turned out it went to the hotel's "spam" email folder. We missed our water taxi and had to spend an extra 33 euro...

"Liked that it was a great area close to St Marks Square and Rialto bridge. Many places to eat and shop. No elevator, but we had first floor which had steps to get into hallway to our room but not a problem."

"The hotel was incredibly easy to find, check-in was smooth and the bell-boy was lovely. The room view was not as expected, but the fact that we were so incredibly close to the Rialto bridge made up for it. The location was very advantageous. Excellent room, in antiquity-style. Very Venice, very lovely."
