"Great location convenient but also a little out of the crowds. Lots of neighborhood amenities, grocery store a minute away. Apt is light and airy. It's quiet at night, although if you are sensitive to noise the kitchen water pump cycles on and off all night. There was also a bad odor coming up from the pipes but hopefully this will be fixed soon. Overall, a good value, we'd return."
