"Place was so cold, heat did not sufficiently heat the place at all. Space heaters did not either. We froze to death and did not sleep. Little to no hot water & plugs in did not work upstairs. Owner would not even message me back about the issues. Such a disappointment on my skiing weekend trip with my kids. "

A cozy A-frame home nestled in the hillside, secluded from the outside world with a beautiful view of the Watauga Lake. The LHC has all the amenities you need, including kayaks and canoe. An ample deck provides a beautiful spot to gather and enjoy the scenery. Our week stay at the end of February was a wonderful way to rest, relax and recharge."
