Appalachian Sweet Farmhouse close to Watauga Lake, Boone, Ski Mtn, Wineries

Beautiful updated farmhouse in N.E. TN mountains.

10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, (1)
"As soon as you pull in you are greeted by a beautiful willow tree. The property is just amazing, from the trout stream to the house. Oh my, the house, it is picturesque, it should be featured in a magazine. It is the cleanest vacation rental house we have stayed in. A big plus, just a short drive to Watauga lake. The host, Gary, is super friendly. We can’t wait to come back!"

"The cabin was beautiful BUT it hadn’t been swept or mopped in a long time. Before our guest came to stay I had to vaccum and sweep-mop.. a dirty diaper under the guest bed, razor container as well. Several light fixtures did not work-exhaust fan in the master bathroom was so loud and jacuzzi wouldn’t work until my husband had to push the button so hard for it to start. Heat did not work downstairs it was 58 degrees so our guest had to use the electric heaters. Fan outside was broken and pieces...
