"We stayed here for Family weekend at ETSU. Very spacious, quiet ( you can't hear the train! IYKYK), exactly as pictured. There are stairs so those with mobility issues need to take that into consideration. This is a great home base for anyone coming to Johnson City. "

"A great place to return to after a busy day out. I was looking for a place to relax and this home was PERFECT! Listening to the water out the back was a wonderful addition to my morning coffee on the deck. Richard and Diane are wonderful hosts and were available my entire time for anything I needed and were more than helpful with my needs. A wonderful stay and highly recommend!"

"The house was in an amazing location and there were plenty of attractions within a short drive of the house. John was the most helpful host we have ever worked with, he was easily accessible the entire weekend and called to welcome us upon arrival. The house was great for our large group with amazing features - a favorite of ours was the piano! We definitely recommend this house!"
