"Rooms were very comfortable, bed especially. Great cafe for simple eating and appetites and more upscale for sophisticated palates. Casino was pretty loose making gaming fun providing one can quit once ahead. Biggest negative is the SMOKING. PLEASE - provide an outside area for smokers, it's unhealthy on so many levels. ashes, burn marks, etc just make more work for the cleaning crew. for those wearing masks; it does nothing to help filter out the carcinogens exhaled including germs or viruses expelled into the air from those constantly coughing from their own smoke. help the environment; ban smoking in casinos."

"Convenient location near interstate and close to shopping and restaurants. Target is directly across the road as are a few restaurants. Parking seemed adequate. Staff were pleasant and efficient at both check-in/out. While it seemed to be an older property, everything worked ok and my room was clean with no surprises. "

Our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with beautiful views of the property. The pools were a highlight — options were clean, well-kept, and never too crowded. It was the perfect place to relax after exploring the area. The grounds of the resort are stunning — walking around the lake and through the gardens was one of our favorite parts of the trip. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and everything felt really well organized. It’s such a great location too — close to downtown Boone, Blowing Rock, and all the beautiful mountain activities.
