"Hotel was beautiful. The staff were attentive and accommodating. Housekeeping in our room was lacking. I had to call them to come and clean the bathtub properly. The tub had a visible ring around it that was gross. The room was not vacuumed daily, and the coffee bar went days before I finally wiped it down. Room service was absolutely delicious. "
