"We come to Greensboro often for swim meets at the Greensboro Aquatic Center. We have had some BAD experiences at other local hotels, poor customer service, unprofessional employees, etc. Our stay at the Holiday Inn this weekend was WONDERFUL. Some of the best, polite, friendly, hotel employees I've seen in a long time. The front desk clerks were great. Hotel seemed like it had been renovated since we were last there. The in room refrigerator was HUGE and even had a "working" freezer section that kept my cooler ice packs solid over the course of 48 hours. Very positive experience. The Holiday Inn Coliseum remains our "go to" when in the area. "

"The reception staff was excellent. Great customer service. The person on duty went out of her way to assist in adjusting the Peloton seat. The nob to adjust the peloton seat was broken; she went and got an Allen wrench to loosen the screw. I was able to do my workout. Thank you. Please maintain the peloton bike. It needs maintenance. "
