This hotel was awesome. The initial room we had a issue with the smell. I reported the problem and was immediately moved to another room. We could not ask for a better stay. We would definitely book the Sofitel Obelisk Duabi again.

Great hotel for a short stopover.
Lovely hotel handily located to Dubai airport. We stayed 2 nights. Staff very friendly and helpful. We arrived 6am yet they still allowed us access to our room after a very short wait. Offer a free shuttle service to/from Dubai Mall. Reasonable in-house dining available and attached to Wafi Mall with some further dining options. There’s also a supermarket there. My only criticism would be I’m gluten free and breakfast options were quite limited in that respect for me personally (eg no GF cereal, only frozen GF bread, no yoghurt). Also the hairdryer in our room didn’t work however we’d brought our own so not a biggie.

Extremely pleasant stay. Stuff is very client oriented and does the best and beyond to make the guests happy. Breakfast is fantastic! View to the new city speaks for itself. Would definitely recommend to stay there.
