"The VRBO was wonderful! The house was clean and everything was in good condition and good working order. It worked perfectly for our small family + grandpa for our weekend trip. The kids loved the pool and the adults enjoyed the pergola and outdoor table with the water feature. The location was convenient to our time in Bullhead City and Mohave Valley. The neighborhood was safe and quiet and easy for walking. "

"The location was great, you can access a small beach area that is perfect for sitting and putting your feet in. The teens enjoyed jumping off the dock. Keep in mind the current is pretty fast there and jet ski's come by often. We enojed sitting in our chairs in the water keeping out of the heat. The hosts were great communicators and were kind enough to let us check in early. The deck areas are great spaces, although it was very hot during our stay so we did not get a chance to enjoy them as...

"Had a fantastic time renting this river house. Cindy was great to work with. Always responded quickly and check in was very easy. The house was clean and ready to go! We will return next year!"

"We had several issues which were addressed promptly by Tracy. The outside of the property is not very appealing. Weeds overgrown, cats were living under the trailer (they were removed and trailer was sealed up). There were dirty dishes in the cupboard, coffee pot had mold in it (a new pot and coffee were sent to us immediately)."
