This special place is ON THE RIVER! Others say they are and may have a sliver view of the river, but this one really is ON THE RIVER. Bring your boat and/or jetskis to the private marina and dock, 3 car garage, close to everything, Restaurants, 5 Golf courses, stores, gyms. Very CLEAN, renovated, all modern, well maintained, all amenities you need. Enjoy the lapping waves in the early morning on your main balcony over the River with coffee and late night with wine or go on your private master bedroom balcony in the Middle of the night! I finally found my dream of owning a home on the water & want to share it with everyone for the Joy it brings!! Bedrooms both have Blackout window coverings. Plenty of parking, separate lot for Trailers, Gated community. Very quirt and peaceful. Community Pool and Jacuzzi RIGHT BEHIND MY UNIT, private dock ON THE RIVER.

The neighborhood was nice. The property was clean, it was also nice. I really enjoyed my time there. The area was quiet and peaceful. I really loved waking up and looking at the river.
