"The hotel is clean, but recaption staff are not professional. The gym is poor condition with equipment and opens from 10am till 10pm. I reserved the largest sweet and it’s small compared to other hotels. Bed are bad mattress everyday you’ll have back pain and ache. They try to squeeze money on normal services like asking for ice bucket which is free in all the hotels around the world. "

"The hotel is really nice. All staff, without exception, were fantastic! we had a few very minor issues with things and they were sorted immediately. "Amazing view of the Pyramids of Giza. The night i arrived was a very clear night and my balcony had the best view. They assigned me a person driver to pick me up from the airport and a tour guide, I asked about food on the way from the airport to the hotel and they held the kitchen open for me to arrive. "We stayed at this hotel in Feb. 2025. The view of the Giza pyramids from the hotel’s terrace is priceless. The pyramids evening light and sound show entrance is just across the street, steps from the hotel. Night life isn’t very lively around this area however, the view of the pyramids was the main reason for our stay here. If that’s what you look for then this is the best place around Giza, highly recommended!"

"The staff were amazing and the room was clean and refreshed each day. There is a restaurant as part of the complex that offers a view of the pyramids and a small pool. Whilst the surrounding area offers little it is still only a ten min walk to the pyramids and the hotel courtyard is beautiful. "

"I was so incredibly happy with my stay at Sama Hotel. It exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff were absolutely brilliant (especially Ali!), so kind and helpful. The location is great, the breakfast is delicious, the rooms are clean and the beds are amazingly comfortable. As a solo female traveller especially, I felt so safe here. It was all perfect. I’ll definitely be staying here whenever I’m in Cairo. 10/10!"
