"First off, property is great - design, atmosphere and staff were very welcoming had no issues there. Rooms were neatly designed and it even showed a welcome with your name on the TV which not a lot of hotels do so that’s a nice touch to make you feel appreciative. Only issue we had was - we had booked a private swim out pool, but our room location was not that great despite how beautiful it was. "Loved the property right on mambo blvd lots of restaurants and things to do. Aquarium is also a few minutes away. My room was right by the beach so no extra walking and the view was beautiful. I will definitely be returning! "

"I enjoyed my stay because the hotel was clean and the staff was nice and attentive. The hotel is located near the city and you can wlak to thentouristic areas during the day. At night, the streets are quiet so I didn't want ot walk. "

"Place location is awesome, the only negative thing is that they don’t have private parking for their guests but offer $10/day pass parking for a parking lot that is next to the hotel. Room was beautiful it had a kitchen space with fridge and microwave and coffee maker available and free WiFi I would do my stay here again. "

"I like that the property was easy to locate and it's central in downtown area. The location is great with a nice view depending what you booked. Because i book a panoramic penthouse and it was great option for the money. Only thing is that they need to provide daily shower towels. But the pool is clean and located at the back and it's nice a quiet for relaxing. If you have a car it is safe to park at the Ritz and no extra fees for parking. Security service or guards are on top of there job....
