"A big highlight was the buffet. After we tried unsatisfactorily to book any of the restaurants in the hotel, we decided that we would give a shot to the buffet. It was our best decision. We cannot speak for the quality of the restaurants (the one you need appointment in advance). The variety of the food; fresh ingredients; flavory; tasty; clean; well served; and most importantly, the friendliness of the employees, make the buffet an option that we highly recommend. "This was our second time at this property. I feel it has the best mix of having a great beach (one side is calm, the other side has fun waves), clean and high quality rooms, a good mix of food, and a bit away from downtown, so it’s quiet versus being more in the “urban” area. Also the two pools are great (one family, one adults only). We’ll be back!"

"Sunscape Curacao is beautiful, well maintained, and the staff was always curtious and friendly! The beaches are beautiful and the restaurants have plenty of delicious food!"

"Great location close to town. The biggest drawback is that there is an artificial beach, and that there are the large imposing cruise ships to the South on certain days in this location. Great food."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Aquarium Resort! It was our first vacation as a family. We have a 10 month old and this resort was perfect for us. There was never an issue getting chairs with shade, and other guests mostly followed the rule of not saving chairs all day and not being there. The staff were always cleaning the grounds, maintaining the beautiful gardens, and organizing resort events. "Beautiful property. The ocean club is amazing and the staff were all very helpful and friendly. Only negative is the spiral staircases to rooms which you have to drag suitcases up, so when they offer help take them up on it. But it is more than made up for by the beauty and quality of everything else. "
