"I arrived late in the evening and the staff was prompt, kind, courteous and attentive to my needs! I entered my room and it was extremely clean, spacious and the bed was comfy. There was a strange smell when I walked in, but it could have just been the cleaning products they used. I went downstairs to get water, but there was not any sort of filtered water system, you had to buy bottles of water.
