"I arrived late in the evening and the staff was prompt, kind, courteous and attentive to my needs! I entered my room and it was extremely clean, spacious and the bed was comfy. There was a strange smell when I walked in, but it could have just been the cleaning products they used. I went downstairs to get water, but there was not any sort of filtered water system, you had to buy bottles of water. The staff apologized for the inconvenience, but this wasn't a big problem in my opinion. They did...

It was closed for renovations and never informed me or Expedia! Avoid this place. Incompetent and negligent management.Never had a hotel do this in my50 years of travelling around the world"
