"I arrived on a rainy night, not knowing there were several steps up to the front door as there was only a picture of the back door on the VRBO page. I tripped up and hurt my knee carrying my bags up the stairs. The host was not only unsympathetic but blamed me for not “reading the description” and asked if I wanted to see her bruises from falls!!
