"Good hotel looks tired from outside but inside it was very modern and up to date, our room was quite comfortable. The staff were fantastic could not do enough for you. The pool was an area that lets the hotel down, its very tired and run down, however, it was fit for purpose with a working steam room, sauna, and hot tub. The restaurant really didnt make any sense. "The hotel is an old fashioned manor house with lots of character. The staff are great and very freindly. The rooms are very spacious and beds extremely comfortable. Great 1 night stay whilst on business in Birmingham. "
