"The apartment was very nice and very affordable for the night definitely recommend. I was only there for one night to see a music concert so didn’t use any of the amenities but they all looked in perfect condition as it’s a very well looked after place. "

"We loved our stay in a beautiful apartment. It was lovely and warm well equipped free parking nice area near the common for a walk. What was not to like about it? "

"Apartment literally was steps from the London overground. We had everything we needed, just needed some coaching with the water heater (which runs the radiators in the rooms), the fuse box and the dryer. There is a clothes drying rack (not an actual dryer machine) but a full load of laundry was dry the next morning. The description of the flat notes there is an elevator to the floor but does not make clear that there is a flight of stairs required to get into the flat. This is a problem with those with disability. Some maintenance is needed -- dishwasher drawer, windows that do not close completely, tv missing in bedroom. "Travel connections to everywhere were convenient from this part of Croydon with tons of options for day to day needs like restaurants and groceries. Note that while it's great to be near so much pedestrian-only shopping and a market atmosphere it does mean your taxi cannot come to the door. You do need to be prepared to move your luggage manually about 80 metres to/from a vehicle. "The flat is conveniently located in Westminster, just half a mile from Dean's Yard where we had our conference. It’s also an equal distance to iconic spots like Westminster Abbey, Parliament, Big Ben, and even Buckingham Palace. Areas like Mayfair, Soho, and Notting Hill are all within walking distance too. "This was, without any doubt the most unpleasant property that I have stayed in. Firstly, the property was not what was promised. While the property is in a stunning location it is run down and poorly maintained. For example, the property was advertised as having airconditioning: there were mini units in each room that had ducts connected to the windows. There were no proper seals and the ducting was coming away. Each of the bedrooms had beds cramped in such that it was difficult to access...

"This place was quite large with a living room that had a nice dining table, full kitchen, next level had two bathrooms, a large room with 2 full beds and lots of storage, and 3 rd level with two twins and a full- great for a large family! Very clean and modern. Comfortable stay for our weekend in London."

"The property looked exactly like the listing. The art truly is a positive aspect of the flat. Someone has great (and fun) taste. The proximity to the Paddington station means whatever you want to do is extremely accessible. We arrived prior to check-in time (as most Americans do) and the cleaner of the property was kind enough to let us store our bags while we got a coffee.
