"When checking in the gentleman on reception was very friendly, but it all went down hill from there. The room was very cramped, the bathroom door could not be fully opened without hitting the bed, and on the other side of the bed there was no room for a bedside cabinet, and nowhere to put luggage. "This was a last minute booking and it was absolutely amazing. The room looked just like the photos, so beautiful. Hotel is secure and really clean. The 2 ladies at the reception were so warm and friendly. Giving a 4 star rating because there wasn’t any luggage trolley and I had to get all my suitcases to my room by myself. Also check out time is 10 am, which is quite early. They also didn’t send me anything for my birthday."
