"Do not rent from this place. I have stayed in 30+ property rentals and this was by far the worst. We arrived to find the rental uncleaned. There were literal urine stains on the mattress and bedding. Food scraps left in the sink, on the floor, countertops, ect. The bathroom had hair all over the floor, along with caked on gunk (I do not want to imagine what it came from) on the walls on the bathroom. There was black mold on on the ceiling. The windows were all covered with rusted metal...

"The amenities were nice, however the place overwhelmingly stank of mould. It was unbearable I had to keep the front door open as their are basically no windows. The landlord MUST sort the mould issue ASAP as it is not acceptable to rent a place with such a stench."
