"Staff were so friendly and breakfast was lovely - we thought it was a bit much to have to preorder day before but it actually meant a quick, efficient service. And breakfast room very pleasant - bright and warm. The room was quiet and comfortable but a bit overpriced at nearly £100 without breakfast - everything is a bit work out. Chipped paint, old furniture, threadbare bed base. Shower was great though. "
