"My partner and I stayed at Buena Vista Chic Hotel for one night, and the experience was truly exceptional thanks to the incredible staff. From the moment we arrived, the front desk worker welcomed us with such warmth and professionalism. He offered us cold drinks and refreshing wet towels, making us feel instantly relaxed and cared for. The excellent service continued with the two male staff members from the restaurant, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We had an early flight the next morning and wouldn’t be able to enjoy the hotel’s breakfast. Without hesitation, they packed us a to-go breakfast so we wouldn’t miss out. We opened our bags at the airport and were delighted to enjoy a thoughtfully prepared meal before our flight—such a simple gesture that made a big impact. The team at Buena Vista Chic Hotel truly made our short stay memorable with their kindness, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality. We can’t wait to return! "

"I'm so grateful I stayed here when I needed a hotel for 1 night before flying out of SJO. It felt like a continuation of my 2 weeks in the jungle/beach - away from the busyness of the city. The accommodations were great, the balcony looking right into the trees was a perfect spot to read, do some yoga/meditation and enjoy breakfast. I will definitely be staying here again next time I need a place near SJO and I highly recommend you do too. One note is they don't have a restaurant on site, so if you need dinner, pick something up along the way (which is what I did). There's a good sized refrigerator in the room to keep your items cold!"

"This is the second time that I have stayed at Xandari. This resort is absolutely incredible. From the staff to the grounds to the amenities. It will always now be a stop I make either on my way in or out of San Jose. The food is amazing. The staff is so kind and helpful. The whole place is just absolutely stunning. And let’s talk about that view. I didn’t have a chance this time to do the waterfall trail that I did last time and they are amazing as well. Don’t even consider it- just book it!!! "
