"This is a very special place! It was even better than advertised! Ernesto was great. Helpful, easy to work with, quick to answer questions. The property was beautiful! Beds were even comfortable. Kitchen REALLY well stocked! We had 12 for Thanksgiving dinner and had all of the cooking and eating paraphernalia we needed. Plenty of room for all of us.The view from the kitchen was amazing! "The property and stay itself was good. Trying to retrieve an item left behind is a bit ridiculous especially if you are visiting from out of state. Returned to retrieve a jacket I left prior to heading to the airport. I wasn’t allowed to retrieve my jacket from the closet. Staff would not go check. However they took my name and number and stated they would call if found. I was right there. I had to ask a friend to go there to pick up my coat, spend unnecessary money to mail it back to me....
