"For the price and location this was a great place to stay. The room was clean, except for the decorative pillows in the window which all looked like they had either food stains or bodily fluid stains on them. YUCK! But the bedding was clean and new. The other issues were there is a train that ran most of the night nearby and the shower water was at best lukewarm."

"My stay was amazing, quiet, convenient and much needed. When I checked in there was a wait but after everything was settled I walked into a spacious clean queen sized beds and room. The fresh air was blowing from the window. The temperature was just right. "Initially there was a lot of pieces of hair and overall unclean pillow cases in one of the beds. They did give us another room without hesitation snd that one was better. Beds were comfortable. I’m not sure why it was only some rooms, but I did see a room that had hard wood floors. We had carpet. Overall pretty clean. "Property was good for the price. For some reason there was no breakfast when I went down at 840 am and the time was posted as 6-9. Loud guests next door were up early slamming doors. We were located on the second floor near the stairs and that door was extremely loud even if you tried to close it carefully. Lobby area was clean and front desk attendant was helpful and nice. Overall fine for a one night stay"

Beautiful 4 Bedroom River Front House in Downtown

Family birthday.

"The house is beautiful and we enjoyed our stay. Love that each bedroom has its own bathroom. Beds were comfortable. My only suggestion to the host is to have a handyman come in and check everything out. There were some loose towel racks and misc things, nothing major. We would rent this property again in the future."

Girls Trip!

"Five friends for an overnight stay. We saw a performer at the Bell auditorium. Plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The venue was in easy walking distance. We all felt safe and had a ball. House is cozy and comfortable. Lots of local art. We loved it!"

Perfect cozy rooms

"This bungalow was everything it was represented to be. The beds were so comfortable and I slept very well even the first night. The owner had everything I needed to accommodate my needs. It was a great location. I will definitely try to stay here again if I come back to the area. The owner is a very gracious, compassionate, and humble host who only wanted the best for her renters. Thank you for your kindness!"

"At arrival we were warmly greeted by the owner, John. His hospitality was unlike anything I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. This is far better than a hotel. The ideal bed and breakfast charm too. He is so kind and goes out of his way to make his guests feel welcome and appreciated. We came to Augusta for medical reasons, and his kindness touched us at a difficult time. I will be staying here in the future, during my visits for treatment at the Augusta hospital."
