This charming home retained some of the original wood floors, mantels, windows, and moldings and boasts 12' ceilings. The new modern kitchen includes granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a farm-style sink. Includes stackable w/d, smart TVs, wifi, plush linens, and gated off-street parking. *This listing is on the second floor, the only access are stairs*

Great location
I enjoyed the stay in Augusta. The property location made it easy to walk the 10 minutes to the Convention Center and Riverwalk. The unit was great for 1-2 people (and a dog!). Great fenced in outdoor area.
