"I did not receive any info from the host after booking. I had to reach out to them hours before our arrival to make sure we were set. We were supposed to be able to check-in at 4pm; we arrived at the front desk at 3:50pm to fill out the forms and scan my ID. I was told our condo was not ready and they would call me when it was available---no call. We went in again at 4:45pm and were told they forgot to call us.
